参加2025ISASS，探索创新与继承的医疗之路在2025ISASS的交流中，深刻感受到创新与继承在医疗领域碰撞出的火花。创新，是医疗进步的源动力。在机器人导航、增强现实等前沿技术上，我们不断开拓。但创新的目的是什么？是让新技术更好地服务人民。以手术为例，新技术下的手术安全性必须比传统手术更进一步提高，效果至少与传统手术相当，价格要契合当下医疗现状，做到合理适当。同时，创伤要更小，康复要更快，住院时间要更短，让患者能更快回归正常生活。绝不能因创新而增加患者风险、经济负担或延长康复时间。而继承，并非墨守成规，是理念的传承，是技术在原有基础和方向上的持续提升与创新。比如AnthonyYeung主张的脊柱单纯减压治疗腰椎间盘突出，我们在此基础上大胆创新，将这一理念推广到脊柱所有疾病的治疗中。现在我们能够在局部麻醉下应用脊柱内镜技术治疗脊髓性颈椎病和颈椎OPLL。攀登脊柱外科手术最高峰。让更多的高龄和高危脊柱患者受益。在医疗发展的道路上，创新与继承缺一不可。创新为医疗带来新的可能，继承则让我们在前行中不迷失方向。我们将继续在这条道路上探索，为医疗事业的进步贡献力量，为患者带来更多希望。Attending2025ISASS:ExploringthePathofInnovationandInheritanceinMedicineDuringtheexchangesat2025ISASS,Ideeplyfeltthesparksignitedbythecollisionofinnovationandinheritanceinthemedicalfield.Innovationservesasthesourceofdrivingforceformedicalprogress.Wekeeppushingforwardincutting-edgetechnologiessuchasroboticnavigationandaugmentedreality.Butwhatisthepurposeofinnovation?Itistoenablenewtechnologiestobetterservethepeople.Takingsurgeryasanexample,thesafetyofsurgeriesusingnewtechnologiesmustbefurtherenhancedcomparedtotraditionalsurgeries.Theeffectivenessshouldbeatleastequivalenttothatoftraditionalsurgeries,andthepriceshouldbeinlinewiththecurrentmedicalsituation,ensuringrationalityandappropriateness.Atthesametime,thetraumashouldbeminimized,therecoveryprocessshouldbeaccelerated,andthehospitalstayshouldbeshortened,allowingpatientstoreturntotheirnormallivesmorequickly.Undernocircumstancesshouldinnovationincreasetherisks,economicburdensofpatientsorprolongtheirrecoverytime.Inheritance,however,isnotaboutbeingstuckinoldways.Itistheinheritanceofconceptsandthecontinuousimprovementandinnovationoftechnologiesbasedontheoriginalfoundationanddirection.Forinstance,AnthonyYeungadvocatedsimplespinaldecompressionforthetreatmentoflumbardischerniation.Buildingonthis,wehaveinnovativelyextendedthisconcepttothetreatmentofallspinaldiseases.Now,weareabletousespinalendoscopictechniquesunderlocalanesthesiatotreatcervicalspondyloticmyelopathyandossificationoftheposteriorlongitudinalligament(OPLL)ofthecervicalspine.Wearescalingthehighestpeakofspinalsurgery,benefitingmoreelderlyandhigh-riskspinalpatients.Onthepathofmedicaldevelopment,bothinnovationandinheritanceareindispensable.Innovationbringsnewpossibilitiestothemedicalfield,whileinheritancekeepsusontherighttrackaswemoveforward.Wewillcontinuetoexploreonthispath,contributetotheprogressofthemedicalcause,andbringmorehopetopatients.
